About me...

 

I am a qualified Physiotherapist and Personal Trainer with BSc degrees in both Physiotherapy and Sport and Exercise Science. I also have a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification and diploma in Sports Massage. Previous to my degree I was an active Level 2 Gym instructor for 4 years as exercise is a great personal hobby of my own too.

 

My Physiotherapy BSc has further increased my knowledge base of the human anatomy to enhance the experience my clients experience and knowledge that can be gained from sessions also. I also am able to provide injury rehabilitation thanks to my qualifications.

My Philosophy...

I believe any physical health related goals can be achieved through functional movement patterns which are conducive to the improvement and maintenance of the body's physiological systems. In English, that simply means to achieve your fitness goals via functional exercise that promote longevity of the body. Exercise is almost entirely down to personal preference, this is something I have learnt to understand. This led to me adapting and modifying many different training types so they suit any individual's preferences. Most importantly if you do not enjoy the exercise you are doing then you simply will not be doing do it for much longer!
